Computerway Inventory is a cutting-edge production and inventory control system designed specifically for food processing plants.

Computerway uses the latest in computer, scanning and labeling technology in operations such as production, shipping, inventory control, work-in-process, yield reporting, batch monitoring, lot tracking and recall.

All information is processed in real time on a UNIX server and can be uploaded to your corporate accounting or ERP system. Information is processed and shared across networked PCs via reports, displays, alarms and outputs to other systems and applications.

Computerway’s Recall module operates in conjunction with our inventory and shipping programs.

Recalls are initiated by authorized personnel using simple menu selections on a PC client.

Once activated, the Recall Module searches the server sorting millions of records in seconds. You virtually have instant access to comprehensive information about the current disposition of each case that may be involved in a recall situation.

The recall report is sorted by order and broken down by product code, production date, pallet number, serial plant, serial number, scale, label weight, current location, scaled date, kill date and sell-by-date.
